Christopher Smith is a proud Nashville native who received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee. After graduation, Chris began his career in education starting as an English teacher, and eventually serving as a Dean of Students. He also has several years of experience in community engagement and program management. After coming through The Academy as a student, Chris is excited to support business owners in the Nashville community as a Program Specialist for The Academy. When he is not he not helping business owners start and grow their businesses, you will find Chris putting “a little Bunshine” in the world by selling stuffed buns with his food service business Bunshine Signature Stuffed Buns.
