John holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and has worked in various strategy and operations roles.  He has focused on helping organizations thrive across industries through roles at McKinsey & Company, Google and Asurion. Currently, John serves as Vice President of Operations at Asurion where he builds and leads incredible teams responsible for several operational P&L groups. Throughout his career John as always looked to work with teams that solve tough problems with solutions that enable long-term success for organizations, their people and their customers.

Outside of work, John spends a lot of very enjoyable time with his awesome and extremely talented wife chasing around their four kids. He has recently taken up teaching his kids piano with limited success and is secretly trying to get them hooked on board games and roller coasters. He is an active member of Christ Presbyterian Church at their Music Row location where he volunteers with the children’s ministry.
