A native of Brooklyn, New York, Amanda has been in Nashville since 1994. She is the third eldest of six children and the mother of Devin, her phenomenal teenage son. She is an Academy Alumna and the co-owner of the catering company Jamersons’ Global Cuisine, which you can find on Facebook. She’s a member of Claiborne Family of Faith Worship Center and serves as the Pastor of the Cultural Arts ministry as well as Pastor Personal Administrative Assistant under the Honorable Bishop Judy A. Johnson. She puts her faith into action within her community in many ways, including through her work with her church, the Napier Kitchen Table, and Recycle Reinvest. In addition to all of this, she works with Corner to Corner as our Program Specialist for The Academy and The Academy Amplified; she is always so excited to be on the journey alongside every entrepreneur as they make their dreams come true.
