Resident Artist & Script to Screen Film Coordinator

Lesa is a born-and-bred Nashvillian and visual artist who uses film and photography to create unique content that showcases the world around her and tells stories that may otherwise go unheard. Her work has been featured in many film festivals including the International Black Film Festival (IBFF) in Nashville, TN, the BronzeLens Film Festival in Atlanta, GA, and the Social Impact Media Awards (SIMA) international film competition. She has also exhibited photo and video art in the Frist Art Museum and the Nashville Parthenon. Alongside creating and inspiring the world with her art, she has a deep passion for igniting youth creativity and serves as a teaching artist with many community organizations around Nashville. Lesa loves working with Corner to Corner as our Resident Artist and Script to Screen Film Coordinator because it’s truly all about serving the community, with no strings attached, and helping it grow in all aspects.
